Help test a regenerative co-living concept in Denver

Co-Nexus is a vision-stage initiative, not a registered cooperative, company, or securities issuer. This page is an invitation to exchange ideas and explore non-financial collaboration. It is not an offer, investment solicitation, or promise of future housing or financial benefit.

One Carefully Tested Pilot

The archived Co-Nexus concept described small community homes for roughly six to twelve people, beginning in the Denver Metro area. The next responsible step is not a large launch; it is a grounded pilot shaped with prospective residents, housing professionals, community practitioners, and local partners.

Before any commitments are made, the model needs legal, financial, operational, and resident-safety review. The purpose of the pilot phase is to test assumptions, document what works, and revise what does not.

Ways to Contribute

We welcome housing expertise, facilitation experience, accessibility insight, local relationships, property leads, and candid feedback from people who may want to participate in a future pilot.

Pilot Project Roadmap

Phase 1

Community & Partner Formation

Listen to prospective residents, assemble advisors, and document pilot requirements

Phase 2

Feasibility & Property Research

Evaluate legal, financial, accessibility, and property options without promising a launch

Phase 3

Pilot Readiness

Define consent, screening, governance, safety, operations, and exit practices

Phase 4

Small Pilot

Proceed only if the model, property, participants, and safeguards are ready

Phase 5

Learn Before Expanding

Publish lessons, revise the model, and consider future steps based on evidence

What We Need to Learn

Can a small, professionally supported household create more connection without sacrificing privacy? Which shared services genuinely improve daily life? What governance and screening practices help people feel safe, heard, and able to leave freely?

Those are research questions, not settled claims. Any future membership, property, payment, or ownership structure would require qualified legal and financial design before it could be offered.

Who We Hope to Meet

Prospective community members, cooperative-housing practitioners, property and accessibility specialists, mediators, local service organizations, and people with direct experience of intergenerational living.

If the vision resonates, tell us what you would need to see for a pilot to be trustworthy and useful.
